At Cisco for 18 years, Yi leads the innovation, incubation, and development of the company’s next-generation professional services for emerging technologies. This includes Cisco’s Application Centric Infrastructure and Digital Network Architecture. She oversees the growth of a $1.4B business.

She played an essential leadership role in Cisco’s SDN strategy, driving global adoption and readiness for the company’s emerging architectural solutions. Yi also supported Cisco's foray into analytics with the successful launch of Cisco Tetration Analytics. She had a key role in the CliQr and Viptela acquisitions, which completed Cisco's hybrid cloud and Software Defined WAN strategy.

Yi counts building esteemed and trusted delivery teams that achieve robust annual growth and near-perfect customer satisfaction scores among her most significant accomplishments. She aims to be indispensable to engineering, sales, and customers in defining professional services requirements and assembling global teams, demonstrating the Land-Adopt-Expand–Renew lifecycle of new offerings.

Yi brings management discipline, corporate knowledge, and Silicon Valley startup spirit to the teams she leads and the customers she engages. She and her team continuously innovate to create a profitable growth business for Advanced Services and market leadership for Cisco.

In addition to being an network technologies and business leader, Yi is an accomplished pianist. She lives in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, where she indulges in long, quiet walks in the forest.
